Disputing a Transaction

If you want to dispute a wager, the outcome of a wager, or any other transaction on BetMGM, you have the legal right to do so.

Visit us in person at Mandalay Bay and Sports Book (during normal business hours), call us (725) 208-1909 or email us at support.nv@betmgm.com.  Please provide as much information as possible.  For example, include specific reference to dates, times and amounts.

If you have a Betslip ID number from the bet receipt you received when placing the disputed bet (which is also displayed in My Bets) you should note this as well.  For further information on disputes and disputed resolution please refer to the BetMGM Terms of Service and also to our House Rules.
