1. What is a 'BetMGM casino cashier' deposit?
Funds can be added instantly to your online gaming account via the Borgata casino cage. Only Cash is accepted at the casino cage.
2. Do I need to have already registered for an online gaming account before visiting the cage?
Yes. You will need to have completed the online account registration before you can make a deposit at the casino cage. Your online account will also need to be full verified before you can use this deposit option.
3. How long does it take for the funds to be credited to my account?
The funds will be credited instantly.
4. Can I withdraw online funds at the BetMGM casino cage?
Yes. Simply login to your online account visit the withdrawal section of the cashier and request the amount you would like to pick up at the cage.
5. What is the BetMGM cashier withdrawal option?
Funds withdrawn using this option can be collected at BetMGM cashier. Funds present in your online account will be debited by the requested amount and, after processing, will be made available at the physical cashier.
6. Can I authorize anyone else to collect the funds on my behalf?
No. Funds must be collected by the online account holder in person. Necessary ID will be required to be shown to verify identity.

9. What happens if I am unable to collect the money at BetMGM?
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect money at BetMGM, the transaction will be cancelled and the money returned to your gaming account. The money from a successfully requested withdrawal should be collected within 7 days of the initiation of a request. If the money is not collected within 7 days, the transaction will be cancelled and the money returned to your account within 48 hours.

Yes. You should not proceed to the BetMGM Cage until you have received an email with your Voucher ID. You must have all of the following items when you arrive at the Cage:
- Printed copy of the email (emailed to your registered address) with the Voucher ID. You can also present the confirmation email with the Voucher ID on your mobile device
- A state-issued ID (for example, a driver’s license or passport) that includes your name and date of birth
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), which you can provide verbally

All withdrawals are subject to withdrawals procedures which may take some time. Once these are complete an email will be sent to you with the details so please be patient.
12. Do I have to collect the money in cash?
The funds collected at the BetMGM can be requested in cash, chip, or check form.

1. I have not reached my deposit limit. Why am I unable to make a deposit?
It’s possible that you may have reached the limit based on a deposit you made in another state. All BetMGM deposits are included when we apply the Responsible Gaming Deposit Limit to your account. The total of all deposits cannot exceed the limit that you have specified.
2. Why is the deposit time displayed on the Payment History page different from the time I made the deposit?
All deposits are displayed in EST (Eastern Standard Time).
