1. Can I deposit at MGM Resorts properties to play online?

Yes, please visit the BetMGM Sportsbook or Casino Cage at any of the MGM Resorts properties below to make a deposit:

2. Do I need to have already registered for an online gaming account before visiting the Sportsbook or Casino Cage?

Yes. You will need to have completed the online account registration before you can make a deposit at an MGM Resorts property. Your online account will also need to be fully verified before you can use this deposit option.

3. How long does it take for the funds to be credited to my account?

The funds will be credited instantly.

4. Can I withdraw online funds at an MGM Resorts property?

Yes. Simply log in to your online account, visit the withdrawal section of the online cashier, and request the amount you would like to pick up at the Sportsbook or Casino Cage. You will then receive a series of emails when your withdrawal is initiated, approved, and validated with a Voucher ID.

5. Can I authorize anyone else to collect the funds on my behalf?

No. Funds must be collected by the online account holder in person. Valid government-issued ID will be required to be shown to verify identity.

6. How long does it take for funds to be available after I place a withdrawal request?

Withdrawal requests can take up to 72 hours to process and be approved. Please note that every withdrawal is subject to our risk rules and withdrawal procedures.

7. What happens if I am unable to collect the money at MGM Resorts?

If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your funds at MGM Resorts, the transaction will be cancelled and the money returned to your account. The funds from a successfully requested withdrawal should be collected within 7 days of the initial request. If the funds are not collected within 7 days, the transaction will be cancelled and the funds returned to your account within 48 hours.

8. Do I need to provide any documents to collect funds at MGM Resorts?

Yes. You should not proceed to a BetMGM Sportsbook or MGM Casino Cage until you have received an email with your Voucher ID. You must have all of the following items when you arrive at the Sportsbook or Cage:

Printed copy of the email (emailed to your registered address) with the Voucher ID; you can also present the confirmation email with the Voucher ID on your mobile device.

A valid government-issued ID (for example, a driver’s license or passport) that includes your name and date of birth.

9. I have requested a withdrawal but still haven't received an email with a Voucher ID.

All withdrawals are subject to withdrawal procedures which may take some time. Once these are completed, an email will be sent to you with the details, so please be patient. Remember to check your Spam folder for an email with your voucher ID.

10. Do I have to collect the money in cash?

Yes, the funds collected at MGM Resorts can be requested in cash only. For large payouts, please inquire at the Casino Cage for other payout options.

11. Is there a minimum amount I need to make to make a deposit at the cage?

Yes, the minimum deposit is $10.

1. I have not reached my deposit limit. Why am I unable to make a deposit

It’s possible that you may have reached the limit based on a deposit you made in another state. All BetMGM deposits are included when we apply the Responsible Gaming Deposit Limit to your account. The total of all deposits cannot exceed the limit that you have specified.

2. Why is the deposit time displayed on the Payment History page different from the time I made the deposit?

All deposits are displayed in EST (Eastern Standard Time).
